Send us your plot size and requirements. We prepare the floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D renders, then the full drawing set.

Does Somdesign also build?

Somdesign draws the project and Hill Development builds it, as part of the same group.

It depends on the project size. We confirm a schedule when we receive your requirements.
